-Prices on website may not include shipping, unless noted otherwise.

 

-All chameleons come with a live arrival guarantee.  All chameleons are guaranteed 100% healthy upon delivery. 

 

-On top of that, we offer a 7 day health and satisfaction guarantee.

 

-Somebody must be home to sign for the package when delivered.  If nobody is there to sign, all guarantees are void.

 

-Temps must be between 40F and 90F to ship.

 

-In the rare occurrence of a DOA (dead on arrival), we must be contacted within 12 hours and the body must be saved for further instruction.  If the body is discarded, all guarantees are void.

 

-In the event of a DOA, an animal of equal value will be given.  If we don’t have an animal of equal value, a full refund will be given.

 

-We are not responsible for shipping costs.  In the event of a DOA or return, the shipping cost is not refunded.
